Taxes and shipping and handling charges will be included on your order invoice.
Return Policy
We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee your satisfaction. If for any reason you try our product and are not completely satisfied, you may return it within 7 days of purchase for an exchange or refund of the water ionizers' price and applicable tax. No returns allowed for opened filter cartridge, accessories, alkaline booster, consumables. Only the defected will be refund or exchange. No return accepted without RMA number. Call for RMA for returns.
